Where do you deliver?

UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales

We do ask you add an extra 3 days onto your estimated delivery time in the event of external factors, stock availability and payment authorisation which could cause delays. Please note that during sale periods there may be a delay on dispatch orders.

International delivery service includes Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Europe.

We do ask you add an extra 7 days onto your estimated delivery time in the event of international custom procedures, stock availability and payment authorisation which could cause delays.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday and during Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched for delivery on the following Monday

RETURNS

Should you wish to return an item to us we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange where possible providing that the items are returned to us within -

28 days of receipt for full-priced items

14 days of receipt for sale items

All returns must be in perfect condition; this includes the original packaging and labels. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds to items that are damaged or did not come back with all the original packaging. In situations like this, the items will be returned to you at your own cost.

For non UK returns we advice that you return your item to us using a traceable source, we cannot accept responsibility for items that have been lost or damaged in transit.

ALL returns are to be paid for by the customer unless the item is proven to be faulty.
